Privacy Policy

For the Blue Bottom Pools inquiry page at hurrylook.com/blue-bottom-installations/, run by Hurry Look. Last updated November 4, 2026.

In short: the form collects the details you send (name, email address, property address, contact preference, any phone number and any follow-up answers), and Hurry Look uses them to answer your request and shares them with Blue Bottom Pools for that. Unless you turn it off, the page also shares page-visit and request events, your IP address, browser and device details and a Meta browser ID with Meta for advertising, as explained below. The companies that run the form and its security check for Hurry Look receive technical data when it loads.

Who gets your details

Hurry Look runs this page for Blue Bottom Pools. The form is hosted by HighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer system Hurry Look uses. It asks for your name, email address and property address, whether you'd like to be contacted by email or phone and, if you choose to give one, a phone number. When you send it, HighLevel saves these details as a contact in Hurry Look's account, emails them to Blue Bottom at info@bluebottompoolstx.com so a person can contact you, and sends you a confirmation email for Blue Bottom from Hurry Look's email address. They are used to answer your request. Blue Bottom may look up the property address on a map service such as Google Maps to review the property before contacting you; the form itself doesn't look up or check the address. If you choose phone but don't give a number, Blue Bottom replies by email. Giving a phone number doesn't sign you up for text messages or marketing.

The confirmation email also links to a short, optional follow-up form, also hosted by HighLevel. It asks for the email address you used for your inquiry, so your answers can be matched to it, and three optional planning questions: what you'd most like to enjoy in your backyard, any styles or features you have in mind, and anything about trees, bushes, slopes or access to the backyard. It doesn't ask for photos or documents. When you send it, HighLevel saves your answers with your contact details in Hurry Look's account and emails them to Blue Bottom at info@bluebottompoolstx.com; if you send it again soon after, another email may not go out. No second confirmation email is sent to you. The answers are used to prepare for your conversation with Blue Bottom.

What runs in your browser

The page's own scripts run Meta ad measurement unless it's off (see below) and show your setting for it. The form inside the page is HighLevel's. When it loads, it runs HighLevel's scripts, records a form view, keeps a HighLevel visitor ID in your browser's storage and can start a HighLevel visit session. Separately, it records when you start filling it in. It also loads fonts from Bunny Fonts and a helper script from Google Cloud Storage. Its security check is Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and keeps a small value in your browser's storage; Cloudflare may also set a short-lived security cookie. The form's own Meta pixel setting is off. The follow-up form is HighLevel's own page and works the same way, with the same services; its Meta pixel setting is off too.

Meta ads and how to turn them off

Unless it's off, the main page loads Meta's pixel (Meta Platforms) for Hurry Look's Meta ad account when it opens, without asking first; this policy page never loads it. It tells Meta that the page was viewed and, if HighLevel accepts a request you send from the page, that a request was sent, at most once each time the page is opened. Meta receives the page's address without anything after it; the address of the site or app that sent you there, only when your browser shares just its main address (if it shares more, the pixel doesn't start on that visit); your browser and device details; your IP address; and a Meta browser ID that Meta's pixel keeps in a cookie on hurrylook.com (_fbp). If you're signed in to Facebook or Instagram in this browser, Meta can connect these events to your account. Hurry Look uses them to measure its Meta ads for Blue Bottom, and they can help Meta choose who sees those ads. Meta can also use them under its own terms and privacy policy, including to choose which ads it shows you. This can be targeted advertising, which you can opt out of. The page doesn't send Meta your name, email, property address, phone number or other answers. While Meta ad measurement is on, the page and the form also share a random code for that visit, so the page can tell when HighLevel has accepted your request; for this, the page doesn't send HighLevel its address, the site you came from or your answers.

To turn Meta ad measurement off, use Meta ad choices at the bottom of the main page or the setting below. Turning it off on the main page stops the page sending to Meta for the rest of that visit, tells Meta's pixel to stop and deletes Meta's cookies from hurrylook.com. When your browser lets the page store the setting, it is kept in this browser's storage on this site, so measurement stays off in this browser, and the main page's other open tabs in this browser stop too. If the setting can't be stored, the page says so: turning it off then lasts only for that visit, and measurement can be on by default again on a later visit. Turning it off here on the policy page deletes Meta's cookies from hurrylook.com and, once the setting is stored, stops the main page's open tabs. It can't delete cookies Meta keeps on its own sites, and events already sent can't be recalled from here. Meta ad measurement is off without your doing anything if your browser sends Global Privacy Control, if it doesn't let the page read stored settings, or if a stored setting can't be read. If your device's time zone setting is in Europe, or can't be read, it stays off unless you turn it on; this uses the time zone your device reports, not your verified location. The page stores a setting only when you turn measurement off or on; not having chosen is never stored as a choice. Meta's privacy policy covers what Meta does with the events, and Facebook and Instagram have their own ad settings.

Meta ad measurement never runs on this policy page.

The page links to Blue Bottom Pools' Facebook page and Instagram profile. Facebook's and Instagram's own privacy policies apply there.

How long your details are kept

Your request stays in Hurry Look's HighLevel account until it is deleted. There is no automatic deletion schedule. To have Hurry Look delete your request, including the property address, any phone number and any follow-up answers, email kevin@hurrylook.com. The copy sent to info@bluebottompoolstx.com is in Blue Bottom's mailbox; ask Blue Bottom about that copy.

Your rights and requests

You can ask Hurry Look to confirm whether it processes your personal data, to see it, to correct it, to delete it, or to get a copy of the details you sent, and you can opt out of targeted advertising as described above. To make a request, email kevin@hurrylook.com; for Meta ad measurement you can also use the setting on the page or here. Hurry Look may ask for information it needs to confirm that a request is yours. If Hurry Look declines a request, it tells you why, and you can appeal by replying to that answer or by emailing kevin@hurrylook.com with "Appeal" in the subject. If Hurry Look denies an appeal, it tells you how to submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.
